Quality Checking & Packing

After production and finishing, each batch goes through careful quality inspection before packaging. Our QC team checks the hanger shape, surface smoothness, painting consistency and overall appearance, while removing defective products such as scratches, cracks, dents, uneven coating or color differences. This helps ensure stable quality and a better retail display experience for customers.

Beautiful wood surfaces and shiny metal hooks need good protection.
We do not use cheap loose packing. We have three easy safe steps: soft foam wrap, neat layered stacking, thick hard boxes for cross-country shipping.
