What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type and customization requirements. Please contact us with your project details and we will recommend suitable options.
Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available so you can check product quality, finishing, and details before mass production.
How long is the production lead time?
The in stock products can be shipped out in 3-5 days after getting payment. For made-to-order products, production time normally between 15-25 days. The specific time depends on product type and order quantity. Sample orders and bulk production may require different timelines. We will provide a clear schedule before production starts.
Do you only work with large retailers?
No. We work with different types of customers, including boutiques, fashion brands, wholesalers, chain stores, and retail projects of different sizes, individual.
Can you help source multiple store display products together?

What logistics service do you offer?
We support different logistics based on order size and destination, including including EXW, FOB, DDP, and DDU.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 45% a deposit before production and the 55% balance before shipment.
