Yes, we provide a clear, detailed cost breakdown including product cost, service fee, inspection, shipping and any other charges before you place an order.We charge a transparent service fee normally from 3% to 8% based on order value, fixed service fees for specific tasks, or monthly retainer arrangements for ongoing projects.We do not take hidden commissions from suppliers, so you always know exactly what you are paying for.

Can you handle small orders or trial orders?

Absolutely. We support small orders and trial orders. We help you find suitable suppliers so you can test the market with low risk.

How do you ensure suppliers are reliable?
We verify supplier licenses, check production capacity, arrange factory visits when needed, and only cooperate with trusted and experienced manufacturers.

Do you provide quality inspection?
Yes. We offer pre-production, during-production and pre-shipment inspections to make sure products meet your requirements before delivery.

What is your working process?

Is the payment secure?

We recommend safe payment methods such as sample payment first, milestone payments, and trade assurance. We never ask for unreasonable full upfront payment.

What’s the Real Lead Time?

We provide honest and realistic timelines for sampling, production and shipment. Normally sampling takes 3–7 days, and production takes 7–30 days based on your quantity. We always include reasonable buffer time to avoid delays, so you can plan your business reliably.

What if quality issues happen?
We will communicate with the factory immediately and help you get rework, replacement or reasonable compensation. We always protect buyers’ interests.You can rest assured that we are always on your side.

Can you help with OEM or private label?
Yes. We work with many factories that support custom design, logo printing, custom packaging and private label services.
